Everything is real; I am writing this two months after starting the treatment. I’m 55 and have meniscus issues in both legs from old sports injuries, and I refused surgery. After a month and a half of taking glucosamine, I felt a noticeable difference. I can run up to the fourth floor without pain and can manage stairs without difficulty. This is the first supplement that has genuinely helped with my shoulder osteoarthritis.
