Aromatase inhibitors cause significant pain
We explored the experiences of 56 breast cancer patients taking aromatase inhibitors (AIs) outside of clinical trials. Surprisingly, 61% reported worsening joint and bone pain after starting their treatments. Pain was often severe and persistent, impacting their treatment plans significantly.

We observed that while some managed pain through acetaminophen, anti-inflammatory drugs, and glucosamine, a significant 20% of patients still chose to discontinue their medication due to pain. This highlights the need for better patient education and effective strategies for managing pain in these patients.

Everything is real; I am writing this two months after starting the treatment. I’m 55 and have meniscus issues in both legs from old sports injuries, and I refused surgery. After a month and a half of taking glucosamine, I felt a noticeable difference. I can run up to the fourth floor without pain and can manage stairs without difficulty. Previously, getting out of bed was a struggle due to severe bone pain, but now I can extend my legs comfortably. Glucosamine really works, and I hope my review helps others. Wishing everyone good health!

This product has worked wonders for my mother, who suffered from joint pain for months. Her doctor suggested glucosamine sulfate from Now Foods, and within 2-3 weeks, her joint pain greatly decreased. I strongly recommend this product to elderly individuals. It's remarkable to see her improved condition—the results are impressive.

Pain completely vanished

About five or six years ago, I sustained a hip injury, leading to severe hip pain a year later. A few years later, I began taking this product and now I am completely pain-free in that hip. It took a year for it to work for me, likely because I delayed treatment for 2 years, relying only on Advil. Now, I no longer need any pain medication.

Remarkable product! I've been taking (2) 750mg NOW brand Glucosamine Sulfate capsules every morning for at least four to five years. I realized it could take months to notice any improvement in my knee and leg pains, which it certainly did—at least six months. However, the wait was worth it! My mobility is now tremendous; I can walk swiftly without feeling like an old lady. I particularly like this product as it lacks unnecessary, expensive ingredients. I wholeheartedly recommend it, but one must be patient!

Pain significantly reduced

Glucosamine should be taken specifically as sulfate; this is the best form for joints. It’s been proven that glucosamine sulfate effectively combats inflammation. After a month of consistent use, I've noticed a significant decrease in my knee pain, allowing me to navigate stairs more easily. I highly recommend this to anyone needing relief from joint discomfort—my review would mean a lot if you could give it a like.

Delayed satisfaction
It takes time to prove the efficacy of the treatment. Initially, there was no significant effect. After three months, however, I felt very well. The bone pain truly relieved, and I will continue to take it.

Remarkable pain relief

This is the first supplement that has genuinely helped with my shoulder osteoarthritis. Initially sceptical after trying many ineffective products, I began noticing significant improvement around 3-4 weeks in. Now, I am almost pain-free and no longer need NSAIDs. I take 1.5g daily and sometimes increase it to 3g on busier days. Occasional reflux is manageable with food. I highly recommend it for anyone suffering from pain due to osteoarthritis, but patience is essential.

Helps arthrosis recovery

Helps with arthrosis of the knee joint. It restores cartilage tissue, ligaments, and tendons, and is essential for forming joint fluid. I alternate it with MSM and chondroitin, and the inflammation and pain gradually diminish.

I bought this supplement to replace the pricey drug Dona, as the formulation is similar and it comes at a better price. It has been effective in alleviating pain in my knees and joints. Anyone who has such issues or has been prescribed Dona should consider this supplement, but consulting with a doctor first is essential.
